Webley senior spec's needed

I was just checking out the law regarding selling air guns in Canada. Apparently I'm O.K. As long as it's under a certain velocity and psi. However, I don't have spec's for my Webley Senior (serial 210 - maybe 1940's?). Any help is greatly appreciated. It's in great shape - does anyone have a sense of it's value?

Yeah, wasnt it like something 154,2m/sec ish? for canada? I looked it up for my paper those days..
According to the blue book: the Webley Senior, new model is quoted at 416fps in .177.
ut to be safe and legal, I'd chrono it.
Values $200-235 in 80% condition.
